Singing is a Tonic!
We all need cheering up at this time so why not enjoy some tuneful practice and companionship from the safety of your own home during lockdown?
You are welcome to try our Zoom rehearsal between 7.15 and 8.30pm every Tuesday evening and these are free for the first 4 weeks. Click on the ‘Join Us’ tab above for further information about this, and about our normal Tuesday evening rehearsals in Waltham Abbey.
In common with all choirs we have had to suspend all Public and Private concerts until further notice due to the Corona Virus. These will be resumed when possible.
In the meantime if there any enquiries about bookings or future events please contact the Secretary using the ‘Contact Us’ tab above.
Watch and Listen to a bit of fun!
As an example of what we have achieved during lockdown see our video of ‘What shall we do with the Drunken Sailor’ on Youtube using the link:

Individual members recorded their parts at home and they were professionally assembled.

Tony Moore: Sadly our founder and lately Public Concerts Manager, Tony Moore passed away on the 14th May at the age of 87 from heart problems. Having built up the Choir over the last 25 years, organising hundreds of concerts and raising thousands of pounds for charities we are thankful that he was able to celebrate our Silver Anniversary with a very successful concert and tea at Hoddesdon Parish Church in June last year. He will be sorely missed. As a mark of respect 17 members lined the drive to Harlow Crematorium for his funeral on the 2nd June (exactly two years since the highlight of our special concert at Sandringham on the 65th Anniversary of HM the Queen’s coronation.)
